Idk, I guess you could download the 2D preview image file of that item, edit out some 3D-like artifacts on Photoshop or any similar app, upload it as a decal, slap it on a head on Roblox Studio, then right click and save the head as a model and call it a day

But as you'd expect please don't sell it on the marketplace obviously
