I see so many rich players wearing this pose but i have no idea where it comes from. I tried all emotes but still can't find it.

I think this MIGHT have been answered before, however I can't really find the answer myself.

Does anyone know how this happens?

Basically it's as if you can equip emotes for your avatar on preview or something I don't know how to explain it.

Is this kind of 'access' given out to certain users or is it possible for regular players to do this?

If i will use /e dance in game and don't do anything other, will it count as afk and will i get kicked from experience? Dancing is like movings, i don't think it counts as afk, but i need to be sure.
