I just redeemed a $20 Roblox gift card and it's converting my credit into robux for some reason and it keeps saying "Something went wrong! Please try again later."
Does anyone know how you can fix this pls let me know

I tried using my roblox giftcard which I'm pretty sure there's still money it on another account and it usually says "An unexpected error occured. Please try your request again later." or the card was "already redeemed"

The Captain Sharkbite package/bundle is a broken mess and I happen to own it. There are several bugs with the package. The hat is slightly floating above the head but it used to be so much farther away from the head until Roblox fixed that. This is an image of what it looks like. That's only what it looks like normally.
That's not the only bug with this package though. If you go into r6 with this package on and you're wearing a shirt, the texture of the shirt sort of spreads itself through a majority of the body parts like a virus. The hat also clips through the head. This is what the package looks like in r6.
There's another bug with this package. If you set your body type to 0%, your head gets a lot bigger for some reason. I don't actually know why.
Final Bug with this package. This seems to only happen in one game (that I know of), which is Doors.
If you're wondering how I got it, I got it from a $40 giftcard in August 2019 at Gamestop. I know that not all Roblox items are perfect but this should not have as many bugs as it does. I don't know when they'll fix this but for now, to the 6,395 other people who own this will have to live with this buggy item.
