Regional pricing does not work my account but works for my sis account

So I live in indonesia andy sister too, but the game passes in her are cheaper, brookhaven premium in her account cost 110 robux but in my account it's still the normal price (around 300 robux) and my account location is also in Indonesia, maybe it's because I use English and she uses Indonesian

Edit: the Avatar items are cheaper in her account but still normal in my account

Because my sister ROBUX dissapeared and roblox says she bought a gamepass that my sis didn't buy
