Domino Rally Building Contest jest trzecim wydarzeniem i czwartym konkursem, który rozpoczął się w 2 czerwca 2007 roku, a zakończył osiem dni później, 10 czerwca. Wymaganiem konkursu było zbudowanie toru domino, a najlepsze prace zostałyby oznaczone jako zwycięskie. Aby wziąć udział w konkursie, trzeba było zrobić specjalne konto z początkiem DRBC (np. DRBCmiked).

Można było zdobyć trzy rodzaje nagrody, nie zostały rozdane również żadne inne wyjątki.
Złota nagroda[]
- członkostwo do Builders Club, jeżeli gracz tego nie miał,
- 5000 Robux,
- specjalne trofeum w postaci Hat Accessory - Domino Crown.
Srebrna nagroda[]
- 2000 Robux,
- Specjalne trofeum w postaci Hat Accessory - Domino Crown.

Gracze mogli również wygrać poprzez zrobienie filmiku o spadającym torze domina, w tej kategorii zostało wybranych kilka zwycięzców.

Krytyka[]
Konkurs napotkał dwa problemy z sposobem wygrania konkursu: pierwszym było to, że biorący w nim udział gracze, sami wchodzili na swój place, by zdobyć więcej odwiedzin i zwiększyć swoją szansę na wygranie, zaś drugim było to, że więcej było graczy, którzy zrobili place z dominem, niżeli graczy, którzy na takie place wchodzili. Pierwszy problem został w późniejszych konkursach naprawiony - wizyty na place nie były już ważne i liczone. Z powodu drugiego problemu, liczba kapeluszy dla wygranych została zmieniona z tylko trzech na dziewięć.
