Boba® is a cafe group specializing in Boba tea (otherwise known as Bubble tea). The main game is the Boba Cafe V1. The group currently has approximately 62,800 members. It averages 10,000 members a month. The group is currently being owned by Flez_ent.

Ranks

Customer

The customer is the entry-level ranked, given to players when they first join.

Trainee

Trainees are users who have passed the application test. This rank is considered a staff member, requiring them to utilize proper punctuation, grammar, spelling, etc. They are unable to enter the staff area, until they have attended and passed a training. They normally greet customers as they enter the Cafe.

Noted Customer

Noted Customer is a role given to the allies of Boba as well as former HR and close friends of the Owner.

Junior Barista

Junior Barista (abbreviated as JB) are users who have passed the mandatory Training Session for all staff. They are able to enter the kitchen and serve Customers.

Barista

Baristas are users who have passed their second Training Session. They require to attend one more training to get to the next rank.

Senior Barista

Senior Baristas (abbreviated as SB) are the highest LR rank in the group. They act and help out other LRs as well as Customers. These users have passed three training sessions. They can no longer attend any more training sessions to be promoted. Three days after their final training, they will be eligible to be considered for promotion to Staff Assistant.

Staff Assistant

Staff Assistants (abbreviated as SA) are the first MR rank in Boba. They have moderator permissions and are able to train/assist during training sessions.

Supervisor

The supervisor (abbreviated as SV) is the second MR rank in Boba. They have moderator permissions and are able to train/assist in training sessions.

Assistant Manager

Assistant Manager (abbreviated as AM) is the third MR rank in Boba. They have Moderator permissions and are able to help out in training sessions.

Manager

A manager is the fourth MR rank in Boba. They have Administrator permissions and are able to ban in-game. They also have ranking permissions, allowing them to both Host and Co-host.

Head of Supervision

Head of Supervision (abbreviated as HoS) is the fifth and final MR rank in Boba. They have Administrator permissions and are able to ban in-game. They also have ranking permissions, allowing them to both Host and Co-host. Their next rank is Corporate Manager, which is an HR rank.

Executive Assistant

Executive Assistant (abbreviated as EA) is the first HR rank in Boba. They have Administrator permissions and are able to ban in-game. They also have ranking permissions, allowing them to both Host and Co-host. They observe things that the ED and PRD do. They are permitted to give MR strikes.

Public Relations Director

The Public Relations Director (abbreviated as PDR) is the second HR and equal-to-rank to the Employment Director. They handle all external affairs, including alliances, public events, game nights, etc. They have Administrator permissions and are able to ban in-game. They also have ranking permissions, allowing them to both Host and Co-host.

Employment Director

The Employment Director (abbreviated as ED) is the second HR and equal-to-rank to the Public Relations Director. They handle staffing, reforms, promotions, demotions, etc. They have Administrator permissions and are able to ban in-game. They also have ranking permissions, allowing them to both Host and Co-host.

Developers

Developers are a miscellaneous rank. They are considered SHR and have permissions to permanently ban a user. Developers range from scripters to builders to graphic designers. They are considered the first SHR rank.

Corporate Officer

This rank Corporate Officer also abbreviated as (CO) is a rank that can only hold three people. One as the Head of Public Relations and the other two as Head of Employment. Reaching this rank is very hard as the Employment and Public Relations directors must show lots of activity. Being inactive usually results in a termination from the rank. Senior Corporate Officer

The Senior Corporate Officer (abreviated as SCO) is known has the Third in Command of Boba. 

Vice President

Vice President (abbreviated as VP) is the second SHR rank. They are the assistants to the President and the Head Vice President. They will also overseer and contribute to their department that they were in as an HR. They have Superadmin permissions and are able to permanently ban a user. They are also able to host and co-host. They can also be an overseer at training sessions.

President

The President is the highest SHR rank. They, alongside the Vice President, make major decisions that will impact Boba. Currently, the President is Flez_ent.

Transferring Ownership

Zhibi to Flez_ent

On 7/30/2019 at 7:53PM CST, the President, Zhibi, transferred her role to Flez_ent. This caused a lot of controversy, resulting in mass resignations of MRs and HRs, as well as CMDs and VPs. In order to compensate, many users were promoted to the SHR team. These changes were later reverted, after heavy criticism from both the staff team and the public. The reason intially was thought that Zhibi had sold to the group, however, it was later revealed that the transfer was due to Zhibi's busy schedule, and not enough time to run the group, though many still speculate this theory. But Boba is still strong and stands till this day.

Criticism

User named oldbloxxerguest Exposed this group on Group wall because he said that he was demoted after he passed training and ranked to trainee and he called this AA and another theory is that youtuber named Greenlegocats123 has not noticed this.
