Build It, Play It: Mansion of Wonder was a Roblox event that started on June 21, 2021, and ended on July 23, 2021. It serves as a spin-off to the annual Roblox Creator Challenge events. The purpose of the event is specifically to teach players how to design their own effects by using Effect classes to make special effects. When doing so, users can follow a guide through the Developer Hub to also discover exclusive codes to redeem in-game for virtual prizes in the Marketplace. There was a winner placing system in the event game where players' contest submissions for the game would be when the contest ended.
