A black hood with a covering on the front that masks the wearer's face. The outline and the inner of the hood appears to be red although the base remains black. Two crimson shaded rings that circle a smaller ring amidst a bright red filling are attached to the corners of the hat, visible on the wearer's shoulders. Finally, four crystals protrude back from each side. Each crystal fades from a pinkish-white, to red, and ending at a black tip respectively.

  • The Deadly Dark Dominus was originally one of Tinfoilbot's inside jokes.[1]
    • An early portrayal of the Deadly Dark Dominus was a crude drawing of a black Dominus hood with two yellow stars.[2]
  • As of July 25, 2019, this item has ten owners excluding ROBLOX.
    • The vast majority of owners have private inventories, resulting in [Deleted] showing up under the Roblox+ owner list.
  • It is a retexture of the Dominus Astra.
    • In the past, ROBLOX created a mesh on April 1, 2016 named "deadlydarkdom" that teased this item. However, this version uses Astra's mesh (even though the only difference is in its name).
      • This was part of a series of april-fools items Roblox created as jokes.
  • Its DIY variant was created 3 years earlier on April Fools Day.
  • The first ever account to own this item excluding ROBLOX was str1_test, a test account.
    • On the night of June 15, 2019, the test account was password guessed by a small YouTuber known as Rifaldi Gaming.[3] Rifaldi accepted many friend requests on the account and messaged people telling them to join him, while he was in a Free Robux scam type of game. When the person joined Rifaldi, he would lie about him being an administrator and would ask for the player's password. A few hours later, Roblox caught that he was scamming people and terminated the account.
  • This is the only Dominus that does not have a Latin name (excluding the 'Dominus' part itself), and the second to have no Latin description alongside Dominus Claves.
    • This is also the first Dominus with a name that doesn't start with the word "Dominus".
  • When this item was initially published, its description was "Get this exclusive item when you redeem a code from a Roblox toy! Check out to learn more..." before being changed to clarify it as an SDCC-exclusive toy item.
  • Roblox attempted to hide this item from item leakers.
    • The texture was uploaded to Shedletsky's inventory instead of ROBLOX.[4].
    • The asset was originally uploaded on May 7th, 2019, under the name of "Placeholder - CC Item".
