Dominus Praefectus is a limited hat that was published in the avatar shop by Roblox on October 24, 2016. It came out of the Donum Praefectus gift, which could have been purchased for 31,000 Robux on a four-day timer. 1,244 copies of the gift were purchased before it went off-sale. The Dominus Praefectus later went limited on May 27, 2017. It is the tenth hat in the Dominus series and is also a part of the Overseer series. As of March 6, 2022, it has been favorited 102,721 times.

Appearance
It is a jet-black hood with six green eyes attached to it; a giant one on the top and the back, a smaller eye on each side of the giant frontal eye and two small eyes inside the shoulder rings. There is also green-colored leopard print on the tips of the feathers.
