Dominus Rex (ENG: Lord King) is a limited hat that was published in the catalog by ROBLOX on May 20, 2016, shortly before the Memorial Day 2016 sale. It was originally created a year earlier, on May 21, 2015. It was purchasable for 75,000 Robux with a timed release of 1 hour, and only 219 copies were sold before it went offsale and subsequently a Limited. It is the ninth variation in the Dominus series. As of July 14, 2018, only 186 copies exist and it has been favorited 23,554 times.

As of September 14, 2018, it has a Recent Average Price of approximately 475,000 Robux and a trading value of 610,000 Robux, valued by the trading community.
Appearance
It is a light purple hood with a full-black cover on the inside that masks the wearer's face. Two gold-colored rings are attached to the two lower corners of the hat and are visible on the front of the wearer's shoulders. Finally, four white feathers with a black and purple tip protrude backwards from each ring in a folded fashion.
