Usage[]
This gear will cast four spells, which will either hurt or gain on others around. Any spell is randomly cast as its impossible to figure out which spell to cast directly. One spell will significantly reduce any nearby player's speed. Another spell will cut the opponent health to 1. The third spell makes the user gain extra health. The last spell stops any nearby players from moving.
