The gear is a wrench that can build a green sentry gun that shoots red lasers and is almost the size of the player. The user can use the wrench for building a sentry. When the "Q" key is pressed (or the destroy turret button on the left), the sentry is destroyed and may need to be built again.
The sentry can detect any player who goes near it, and deals good damage over time. It has a good rate of fire and it can see anywhere, even if the target is invisible. The sentries have a 360 degree view, but only has the same amount of health as the player with a health of 100.
Also, the sentry only automatically shoots on target and cannot be operated manually. In addition, the shooting range is rather limited (42 stud radius), meaning that any potential target that is far away would not be shot until the shooting range is reached, which gives the target the advantage to destroy the sentry gun from afar using a ranged weapon. Anyone except the player would be shot upon detection, regardless of what the target is affiliated with.
If a player use scripts such as god mode, the sentry will ignore the player regardless of what the player does.
