The Katana of the Ninth Moon is a gear made by Roblox on April 27th, 2012.
The user can slash sideways, which will send waves out each time the user slashs. Each slash deals 5 damage to the opponent at a fast rate, but slows down, as if the user's arm gets tired. If the user waits a short while, the attack rate will rise again.
The user can hold down the left mouse button to charge up the katana. However, if there is an obstruction between the moon and the player the blade will not charge (note: on some places the special will not work whatsoever). Once the gear is charged, the user will have two katanas, which can deal 10 damage each. The second katana lasts for a short time, as it is an overpowering effect. Their attack rate in this mode will NOT slow down, unlike the normal mode.
It went off sale two days later after its released, and went back on sale on August 31st, 2013. Then again, this gear will go off sale on September 3rd, 2013.
