When the player hovers the cursor over an enemy player, a green bullseye will appear and it will change color if the players manages to keep the lock on that player.
Once a player is targeted by a homing missile, it can be very difficult to escape without any speed enhancements. The Artemis Bow and Super Speedy Purple Potion even are usually not fast enough to escape a homing rocket, but if a player can reach a much faster speed, for example driving an Ultimate Drive Speedster, then it will be relatively difficult for your target to successfully hit him/her with a homing missile. The best technique to avoid the rocket is for the player to drive around an enemy in a large circle, which effectively outruns the missile.
