It is a white mask that is covered with mud with some brown straps behind it, black holes on the eye area of the mask for the wearer to view through, and what appears to be some fire designs on the lower part of the mask.

Criticism
Many users who posted a comment in the comments section of the hat believe that it is a reference to Jason Voorhees, the main antagonist from the popular horror franchise Friday the 13th. This is because of his aforementioned hockey mask that he wears having a resemblance to the Muddy Mask. However, the ROBLOX hat with the closest appearance to Jason's hockey mask is the Hockey Mask.
