The Ne'Kotikoz Incarnate is a gear made by Roblox on September 9, 2011. This gear will make some "whispers" as it floats around the user. If the user is damaged by the opponent, the doll counter-attacks the opponent with double the damage.
Glitches[]
Sometimes the gear itself won't float around at all, leading to erratic behavior. This gear doesn't trade places with anyone, probably due to a scripting idiosyncrasy in the gear.
