During the Action event in Heroes of Robloxia, players had to collect five hidden comic book pages, with one page hidden in each mission, to get the Power Cell Bandolier.

- Originally, the side with sticks of dynamite was visible on the front of the bandolier, but was flipped so that they would be visible on the rear side instead.
- Although it is widely speculated that this was done to avoid the item being associated with terrorism, there has not been an official clarification from Roblox about these changes.
- It was then significantly altered on January 2, 2019:
- The item's name was changed from 'Dynamo's Bandolier' to 'Power Cell Bandolier', and the sticks of dynamite were replaced with green canisters that are visible on the front (later changed again to green crystals along with the brown leather strap being retextured).
- The word 'BOOM!' in the description was replaced with 'POW!'.
- The texture's name of the original version of the bandolier incorrectly spells out "dynamite" as "dynomite".
