- This item was automatically given to all active Roblox accounts in early 2023.
- In June 2023, some inactive and active accounts started having this item automatically forced onto their avatars, even if they hadn't logged onto the platform in several years.
- You can have access to remove this head bundle by going to Avatar Editor and simply check off to remove it.
- In July 2023, multiple users were reporting this occurring again.

- On July 12, 2023, the faces of this head were changed to be more spaced out and dynamic (similar to the default classic face), compared to the original ones which looked more idle-like. The teeth and tongue were also removed, leaving a black space whenever its mouth opens.
- This was done yet again on July 22, 2023, to match the Smile face.
- On August 22, 2023, Stevie Standard was updated yet again to more closely resemble the Smile face. This revision of Stevie Standard also added R6 support for the head. The R6 version of the head is not animated.
- On August 6, 2024, Stevie Standard was updated to remove R6 support. When equipped in R6, the Stevie Standard head will appear as the default smile, albeit slightly wider.
