Treacherous Tower

Treacherous Tower is an obby game created by FunNetwork Studio. It is similar to Tower of Hell, but it has more interesting mechanics, for example challenges, effect boxes, titles, phase modification, different power ups, codes and many other interesting mechanics that will make player's adventure in the game even more exciting.

Gameplay[]

The game starts in a lobby. The lobby includes stairs that lead the player to randomly generated obby tower, leaderboards portal, where can be found leaderboards for different gameplay categories and a jump pad. The jump pad will work after the "Jump Pad" power up is bought. A tower usually includes 6 stages/levels that the player has to beat, but the tower might include 1 dual stage/level instead of 2 normal stages/levels or even 2, or 3. Officially, in this game, stages/levels are called phases. After the player beats the last phase, they will have to stand on the stairs that will move the player to the end lobby. End lobby includes a red rug around the end lobby, plants and a door. After the player touches the door, they will be teleported back to the start lobby, but they will also get XP, coins and will let players on the server to restart the tower, after the door is being touched 3 times by any player on the server. Restarting the tower will modify all tower phases after 10 seconds, instead of modifying 1 phase after 60 seconds.

There are currently 5 leaderboards:

  • Top 100 players with most deaths
  • Top 100 players with highest levels
  • Top 100 players with most wins
  • Top 100 players with most time played (counted in minutes)
  • Top 100 players with most coins

The game has a menu. It can be found by clicking on a menu button on the screen. The menu includes shop, profile, inventory, codes, settings, credits, challenges and a button to teleport to a sequel of Treacherous Tower, which is Treacherous Drop, created by the same developer, FunNetwork Studio.

Hacking and Content Deletion[]

On June 22, 2020, the game was hacked and renamed "Tiocha is Insane", with the thumbnail changed to a picture of Homer Simpson's face and the icon changed to a meme of a dancing boy (known as "Mind if I Praise the Lord"). The hacked game featured decapitated Xbox avatars and a free model hotel containing adult content.

Return[]

A day after the incident, Treacherous Tower was revived, linking in the description of the hacked game the link to a new Treacherous Tower with the same name, thumbnails, levels and badges and players who came from the old game got 5000 free points. However, players lost their wins.

On June 25, 2020, the game got closed and they re-opened the original game.

  • On April Fools' Day 2020, Treacherous Tower was renamed to Treacherous Piggy.
  • The Deleted Place's description said to go to their reuploaded place, then it was content deleted.
  • After the latest update, all phases from February update were removed for unknown reason. Also, three new phases that were announced to be in this update weren't added. These are probably the mistakes that should be fixed soon.

Phases[]

Phases are randomly generated obbies. In the tower, there can be 6 normal phases, 4 normal phases and 1 dual phase, 2 normal phases and 2 dual phases or 3 dual phases. There are currently 209 phases in the game. Here, you can find a list of all phases including the phase creators of them in alphabetical order.

Note: some phases might not be listed here, please add any that are missing. If a user changed their username, please use their new username (e.g. use Aradiant instead of QuadroFire19). Some phases credit phase creator's old username due to Treacherous Tower using the user's name (typed manually) instead of using creator ID.
