sushi shop simulator ✨ is a game created by ianchua1. The game consists of working at a failing sushi shop while trying to keep it running at a profit (not making it go bankrupt). Players can level up their cooking skills and unlock new recipes, which make customers happier.

Co-operate with random co-workers or with friends to help the store thrive.

ianchua1 recently updated the game, changing the name, icon and adding Roblox's new "Future Lighting" technology.

Before getting in the heart of the content, here is a table with a lot of information regarding sushi price-to-profit. More advanced players can use this table out to max out their sushi profitably: https://imgur.com/DCRVsS2 - (Courtesy @PixlyFox)

Gameplay[]

The restaurant opens from 10:00 A.M to 11:00 P.M. During these times customers will come inside, sit down and wait to be served. Players have to cook food efficiently for the customers as they will pay money depending on the food they've eaten.

Cooking[]

There are four stations where players can cook. Two are available to everyone, one is locked until level 40 and the other is locked until level 75. Cooking will cost ingredients and plates. All food will be put on the conveyor belt which goes around to all the customers. Each type of food will have different preparing times, different XP given, different ingredients needed and different profit rates.

Washing[]

There are two washing stations, both available to everyone. There is a box between them which shows how many dirty plates the player need to wash. At level 25 the player can go outside and wash the window which gives 190 XP per full cleaning. At higher levels, the player has a chance of washing multiple dishes at once.

Ingredients[]

Ingredients are necessary to keep the restaurant open. The ingredients are Rice, Fish, Vegetables, Soy(a) Sauce and Premium Fish. There are also Coffee Bags, and while they aren't considered ingredients, they can still be bought at the ingredients shop.

Places[]

The game has several places where the player can perform multiple activities.

Kitchen[]

The Kitchen is the room the players normally spawn in. Here there are two cooking stations, two dish washing stations, as well as an employee of the day poster and a wooden board that depicts each ingredient and its respective name.

Near the door to enter the main restaurant room there are two buttons. One is used to control conveyor speed and one is used to turn lights on/off. The faster the conveyor speed the more money the sushi shop will spend.

Staff Room[]

The Staff Room is the place where most activities are performed. In this room there are 5 total seats where the player can rest to regenerate energy. One of these seats has a computer on the desk in front of it. The computer gives the options of changing your salary as well as disabling/enabling tips or commissions.

The player can collect tips either for themselves or for the shop, depending on the players choice to collect tips for themselves or not. The player can also check the recipes they have by pressing on the book next to the Tip Jar.

The player can also prepare coffee to replenish energy by pressing either on the two mugs or the wooden box, as well as check Income Statements by clicking on the fax machine.

Supply Room[]

The Supply Room shows all of the ingredients and their respective max. amounts. There's a wooden board that shows each icon and its respective name, including more information about the Soya Sauce.

Max. quantities are as follow:

  • Soya Sauce has a maximum capacity of 3000 mL.
  • Premium Fish has a maximum capacity of 100.
  • Clean Plates have a maximum capacity of 500.
  • Rice has a maximum capacity of 1000.
  • Fish have a maximum capacity of 1000.
  • Vegetables have a maximum capacity of 1000.

Main Restaurant[]

The Main Restaurant is the place where customers will come sit and get served. In this room there are two cooking stations, one locked until level 40 and the other locked until level 75, as well as a conveyor belt that distributes the sushi to the costumers.

Knife Shop[]

The Knife Shop offers players random crates. The shop owners are two NPCs named "box selling wamen" and "box open man". Boxes are purchasable for $9.90. Players can alternatively buy boxes using Robux.

Knife skins have 5 tiers: common, uncommon, rare and epic. Duplicate skins are refunded back for varying prices. They are as follow:

  • Common skins are refunded for $1.
  • Uncommon skins are refunded for $3.
  • Rare skins are refunded for $7.
  • Epic skins are refunded for $15.

There is also an ATM inside the knife shop that allows players to buy Dollars for Robux.

Clothing Shop[]

The Clothing Shop (named "le clothing shop" in-game) offers players 15 different colors of clothing, each color for $3.90. There are also 2 capes that both cost $99.

Barber Shop[]

The Barber Shop (named "de barber shop" in-game) offers players random hairstyles as an alternative to the default "bald" hat, which can also be bought at the shop for $2. These hairstyles consist of random catalogue items.

Ingredients Shop[]

The Ingredients Shop (named "the epic 7 eleven" in-game) is the place where players can buy ingredients to help maintain the business running. There are multiple shelves with all the different ingredients required to cook the sushi. They all have specific prices.

Prices are as follow:

  • Fish costs $20 for 100 quantity, making it the second most expensive ingredient.
  • Rice costs $9 for 100 quantity, and is needed for almost all recipes. Players should always have a decent stock of Rice.
  • Vegetables cost $5 for 100 quantity, and is mandatory for newer players.
  • Premium Fish costs $5 for 10 quantity, making it the most expensive ingredient in the game.
  • Soya Sauce costs $2 for 100 milliliters. Soya Sauce makes customers more likely to tip.
  • Coffee Bags cost $14 for 10 quantity. They are used in the Staff Room and help recharge energy.

Tips and tricks[]

  • In the corner of the staff room there is a computer. With it you can edit your salary to be anywhere from $0.30 to $0.70 max. Unless you are looking forward to go as far as possible in the game, there's no reason to lower it to the minimum amount ($0.30), as even the 14 days challenge is possible with 5 people at $0.70.
  • Look closely at the window every now and then. It will show signs of dirtying, helping you know when it is needed to be cleaned.
  • Increasing the speed of the conveyor will drain shop money, keeping the conveyor speed around 2 or less is recommended.
  • Having at least 200 plates clean at one time is optimal, anything over 300 is risky.
  • Start cooking a bit before the restaurant opens. It will help satisfy the first few customers, giving players more time to prepare food.
  • Coffee bags are not worth it. They only give 3 - 6 cooking experience and are quite expensive. They also aren't much quicker compared to resting on the couch, at the computer or just sitting at the table.

Bugs[]

  • With the addition of the chance of Washing three plates at once when washing, it is possible to get -1 plates, sometimes even -2 plates, but this is a much rarer occurrence. The way this glitch works is by washing three plates at once when there are 2 plates left. To perform this glitch get two players (both level 50 or above), making them start washing plates at the same time. With a bit of luck you should be able to wash three plates at once, letting you achieve -1 dirty plates!
