Piggy is a survival horror game created by MiniToon, IK3As, and Optikk. After the intermission is over, players are given the choice to vote on 12 different maps. Once the most voted map wins, players can vote for one of 4 modes available. The game can be credited for inspiring the creation of numerous character-themed survival horror games, often with very similar mechanics and objectives. Games inspired by Piggy include Guesty, Jerry, Puppet, Gummy!, Cody, Treey, and Spider. In commemoration of the game surpassing 200,000 concurrent players, Piggy but it's 100 Players was released in the same month.
On September 12, 2020, Piggy: Book 2 was released.
- The Safe Place
- Gurt (only available on April Fools' Day)
- Distorted Memory (replaced by Plant)
- RB Battles Studio (only available during RB Battles Championship Season 2 Event)
- Winter Holiday (only available at Christmas time 2020)
The players must use a variety of different items to help them unlock the exit to the current location. They must avoid Piggy, and any hazards that come alongside. Players can't die to traps, but they will be stunned for around 4 to 6 seconds - the time depends on the trap. If a Player has a loaded gun, they can shoot Piggy, stunning them for 20 seconds, or a Traitor, which kills the Traitor.
A player is selected as Piggy. Piggy has to kill all the players before the time limit.
Game modes are the different ways a Piggy round can be played. The current game modes available are Player, Bot, Player + Bot, Infection and Traitor.
In the Player game mode, a random player is chosen to be Piggy, with the proper skin applied, and the other players are survivors.
In the Bot game mode, the "player" controlling Piggy is controlled via AI. They have a map-specific skin.
Player + Bot
This is a mix of Player and Bot game modes respectively: a player's chosen as Piggy, and they are accompanied by a bot as well.
In the Infection game mode, a player is randomly selected as Piggy. The twist is that when Piggy gets someone, they turn into a Piggy themselves, and have to infect the remaining survivors. The Piggy's win if all survivors are infected or time runs out.
In the Traitor game mode, Piggy is controlled by AI, and a random player becomes the Traitor. Similarly to Piggy's role, the Traitor needs to kill all Survivors, but Traitors have to not get caught, because if a Survivor has a loaded gun, a Survivor can shoot the Traitor, and they will die instead of being stunned. They can also die to Piggy if they're not careful. If a player is shot and is not the traitor, they will become a Piggy.
The Build mode is essentially a level creator. Players create their own level and can invite other players to play it. It may take a long time to make a full map.

Most chapters contain a beginning and an ending cutscene. Chapter 1, Chapter 5
, and Chapter 3 do not have end cutscenes. Each cutscene unlocks a piece of the key to solving the entire story of Piggy. Many players have theorized about what the true story could be. Below are the cutscenes from chapters 1 - 12, and Book 2 chapters 1 - 2.
Items are objects and tools that a player can carry around and use. They can be found throughout the map. Players can only carry one item at a time. If a player tries to grab another item while already carrying one, the player will swap the item they are currently holding in their inventory with the new one. If a player dies while carrying an item; the item will then be taken from their inventory and placed in the nearest item spawn point. This causes items to overlap in the same spot. Below is a chart on all of the Piggy items, excluding the knife. It is not included due to being only available in one gamemode.
Note that "Gurt" was unplayable, and as a result has no items.

The blue, red, green, and orange keys are used to open doors. The yellow and purple keys are used to open safes. (in the Chapter 7 map, Bunny's crossbow is used as the Pistol and the carrot is used as Ammo), the grass to Zizzy or the apple to George. Once given, they will find Piggy and knock them out for 20 seconds. The Carrot in Chapter 9 is used instead to unlock the exit gate.

The porcelain eggs aren't available in build mode.
Forest or Chapter 4
The forest contains the torch and the lit torch, there is only one torch in the map and it is used to obtain the lit torch, which is then used to obtain the silver key (hammer is required to do so) by unfreezing it with the fire. They're consumed once used. The torch and the lit torch aren't available in build mode.
School or Chapter 5
The school contains the carrot, which has the same function as a bone. It is given to Bunny, who then finds Piggy and shoots it, leaving Piggy unconscious for 20 seconds. It also contains the book. It has a similar function to keys, as it's only use is to open a door. This Chapter also contains two gears (red and green) which are used to gain access to the sewers. The gears can also be found in Chapter 1. They're all consumed once used. The book isn't available in build mode.
Hospital or Chapter 6

They're used to obtain the white 'key. This chapter also contains keycards, (red, green, orange, and blue). These have a similar function to keys. The tubes aren't available in build mode.
Metro or Chapter 7
The metro contains the coins which are used in a vending machine to obtain the blue keycard. It is used to open a gate and obtain the silver key. The crossbow replaces the gun and uses carrots for ammo. The coins are consumed once used.
Carnival or Chapter 8
The carnival contains the mallet. This item is taken to the High Striker carnival game. It is then used to obtain the hammer. It also contains a squirt gun, which is placed at one of the carnival stands. When placed the player obtains the code. The mallet and the squirt gun aren't available in build mode.
City or Chapter 9
The city contains the grass which is given to Zizzy. Zizzy will find Piggy and knock it out for 20 seconds. It also contains a carrot which instead of using for a crossbow, is given to Pony. Pony will then break off a piece of wood beside him. It also includes the dynamite which is used to get into the Grandmother's shop. Inside is a fire extinguisher. This is used to get the code and to remove the fire from the exit.
Mall or Chapter 10
The mall contains a crowbar that is used on an ATM beside the entrance to collect one of the coins. It also contains a mirror, which is used to obtain the second coin. The crowbar is also used to remove wooden boards. The crowbar and the mirror aren't available in build mode.
Outpost or Chapter 11

The Photo of Ms. P isn't available in build mode
Alleys or Chapter 1
Alleys contains some scissors which are used to cut the yellow and black tape, the screwdriver used to open doors, the mop which is used to clean the water, and the batteries which are given to Doggy and stun Piggy/Rash. The screwdriver, mop, and scissors aren't available in build mode. These items, introduced in Book 2, have so far been used in other maps since, with the exception of the mop.
Store or Chapter 2
Store introduces a remote for the numerous display screens, and a ladder which is to be placed and used like stairs, rather than a ladder. The batteries are once again given to an NPC, and the scissors are once again seen in this chapter. None of these items are available in build mode.
Refinery or Chapter 3
Refinery once again sees the use of the screwdriver and scissors, for opening doors and cutting a wired fence, respectively. A smoke grenade is introduced and used to prevent Kitty from seeing the player, and the battery returns to be given to an NPC once more, this time to Pony, in order to power a toy car and distract a guard.
When playing as the Traitor in the Traitor game mode, surviving for one minute will grant the Traitor the knife. It is used to kill other players.
Spoilers present below. Read at your own risk.
The player is a police officer going to investigate the disappearance of George Piggy. They drive to the house where he was last seen. Upon leaving the car the player hears a weird noise and gets hit in the head. They then wake up in the house and has to escape. Upon doing so they drive back to the police station to report what happened.
After escaping the house, the player goes back to the station for backup. As soon as they get there, an announcement is announced by Doggy warning the player of another monster (we know it's Doggy because of his signature purple font). After solving the puzzles, the player then enters the Garage and escapes with Doggy.
After running out of gas the player and Doggy become surrounded by monsters similar to Piggy. So then the player decides that they're going to have to escape through the gallery. Doggy seems to remember them. Then, one of the Piggy monsters manage to get into the gallery. When the player escapes, Doggy and the player go to the nearest forest.
4 weeks after the previous events, the player and Doggy are at a campsite. No monster is nearby until they go to sleep. When they wake up, Doggy has been told to drink a monster potion by the monsters so he drinks it and turns into a monster. After escaping the player finds an old radio, and someone is on the other side asking if anyone is out there. It is later confirmed through Chapter Five that it is Mr. P.
The player finds out the radioman is called Mr. P. He asks for the player's help to rescue his friend Bunny. The player finds out that the teacher is there as well, so the player manages to help Bunny and heads to the sewers. The player meets Mr. P and suddenly starts to get dizzy. The player faints, so Bunny takes them to a hospital to heal.
After waking up Bunny informs the player that Mr. P is waiting on the roof and that the hospital isn't safe anymore, because Beary (the doctor) had become infected. The player must escape once more. Around the hospital, there are notes about an experiment involving "the majority of a family". It is questioned whether or not the family was the Pigs and if it was, which family member wasn't there. Through Chapter Seven, we are led to believe that Mr. P botched the mission and created the virus. After escaping, the player and Bunny find out Mr. P left without them. They then have to find another way out. As the player turn to leave, Bunny stays where she is. The player asks if she is coming and she replies yes, but she is distracted by a note left by Mr. P saying that it is for their good.
The player and Bunny are almost out of the city. All the player needs to do is unlock the train to escape. However, Bunny tells the player that she needs to rest. The player needs to get out. After the player unlock and gets on the train, Bunny tells the player that Mr. P gave her a potion and she would become a monster. The player insists for her to get on but she refuses, fearing that the potion will consume her soon. She tells the player that she will stay and try to hold off Zompiggy for as long as she can. Then the player leaves without her. Also just an observation, but when the final scene is playing once the player has escaped, Bunny's theme can be heard in the background. The same theme is heard as her Piggy skin.
The player arrives at the carnival, hoping to get revenge on Mr. P. After the player unlocks the exit, the player talks but gets cut off because Pony and Zizzy are seen there. Pony thought the player was infected and asked Zizzy. Zizzy tells Pony the infected can't talk. The player introduces themselves and asks them what are they doing here. Zizzy replied that they were looking for survivors, and she has a safe place. Then Pony sees Foxy behind and thinks he is a friend. Then Zizzy tells Pony he is infected, so he hits Foxy's head with his wooden sword. Then they take the player with them to a place they call a "safe place".
The player arrives on a rooftop. Pony says that he sees a safe place. It's confirmed by Zizzy there are other people inside of the building. The player, Pony, and Zizzy need to find a way in. Once getting past the gate Zizzy asks what the player were doing before all this. The player confirms that they were a police officer. Pony was trying to become an optometrist like his father and Zizzy was a fencing coach. Zizzy has sisters she also taught fencing. It's confirmed that her sisters are in the safe place too. Zizzy asks how the player ended up in the Carnival and they tell her that they were looking for Mr. P to stop him because he has been giving out potions that turn people into the infected. Zizzy tells the player to stay at the safe place for a while. From the trash bin, they all hear noises. Assuming someone is watching them, Zizzy and the player check it out. Pony stays behind saying: "Stay Safe".
The person in the trash can is not seen by the camera. The person runs into the mall to hide. The player questions why the person would hide in the mall. The player then walks in. After getting past the locked door on the second floor, Zizzy tells the person who ran from the trash can to show themselves. George Piggy pops out behind a counter with an afraid look on his face. He is wielding a bat as a weapon in case someone tries to attack him. He asks how the player knows who he is. The player tell him their name. The player also lets him know he was the person they were looking for when going to the house. He says after his family visited the hospital, they acted all strange and scary. He went to the city to find grandma but everyone looked scary so he hid in the trash can. Zizzy tells him to come with her and the player. George asks if he can see his family again and the player tell him that they will find the person behind all this. The player goes to the safe place and one of the people say that Zizzy is back with friends. One of them says the player looks pretty funny and Pony says that they tracked a helicopter signal nearby. The player suspects that it is Mr. P and that the player wants to see him. Pony says he and Zizzy will come with the player to find Mr. P. Zizzy says that she will be back soon and to take care of George Piggy. Zizzy, Pony, and the player head out to go find Mr. P and to stop him.
The player arrives at the Outpost where the signal came from. The player needs to get access to a base. Once the player unlocks the base's door, George piggy runs up to Pony, Zizzy, and the player. He says he tricked the two sisters into playing hide and seek so he could come and find out who hurt his family. Behind him is an abundance of monsters so George and the player head inside while Pony and Zizzy defend. Once inside, the player can see Mr. P is missing some of his skin which is replaced with mechanized parts and says he tried to help make things better but made them worse. He doesn't notice that the player is there until they say they are going to stop him. He thinks his mind is playing tricks on him because he believes that George and the player are dead. He thinks the two people he let down are haunting him now. He runs away so George and the player chase after him.
George has a memory while sleeping. He wakes up after a nightmare to find out that Penny is gone. He soon finds out that the house has changed into a nightmare itself and now he has to find a way to escape. After he gets out of the house to find Penny, Penny runs away from him. George then turns into one of the infected. He wakes up in the mall after the dream.
After entering the plant, Mr. P is still insane and is trying to kill the player. After showing him a picture of his wife, he regains his sanity and reveals he abandoned Bunny and the player in the hospital with researchers because he thought the player were infected. Those researchers gave him the cyborg parts. George gets angry at Mr. P for taking his family away from him and wants to attack Mr. P but the player stops him, reminding him that if he attacks Mr. P, he will become the one thing he hates the most. Mr. P offers to stay in the plant and fight off the infected. What comes after, is chosen by the player.
In the good ending, the player leaves the plant with George to find out Zizzy and Pony successfully fought off the infected. George suggests working on a cure. In a post-credits scene, Mr. P's hat is left inside the plant, with his location and fate unknown.
In the bad ending, the player tries and convince Mr. P to come with them. Sadly, the player weren't paying attention and an infected Badgey sneaks up on them and attacks the player. In a post-credits scene, Mr. P's hat is left inside the plant, with his location and fate unknown.
In the true ending, the player tries to convince Mr P. to come with them. Instead of dying like in the bad ending, Mr. P tells his story to the player. The player then leaves with George, which is then the same as the good ending. In a post-credits scene, Mr. P's hat is not present inside the plant, with his location and fate unknown.
Book 2: Chapter 1
This is a flashback of when the player and Doggy arrested two burglars, Willow and Rash. Willow states that she only stole to provide for her family, but the player is forced to arrest her. Doggy and the player feel empathy for Willow but there is nothing to be done now. Meanwhile the player is brought back to the real world, where Mimi suggests that the player got batteries to get a radio working, so that other survivors may be contacted. Pony and Zizzy agree so the player heads with them to the store to get some.
Book 2: Chapter 2
Batteries are needed for the radio, so Zizzy, Pony, and the player all look for some in the Store. The player eventually finds the batteries they were looking for, and they use the radio. Mimi contacts the radio, the radio picks up, with the "Settlement Six" asking the player to meet up with them. Pony is unsure at first, but the player agrees to meet up, and the three of them head to the location of it. The player doesn’t find anyone at first, but then a group of bandits appear, with Willow as their leader. Willow adresses Pony and the player first, as she has history with them. Pony was an ex-member of their group before he left. Then she talks to Zizzy, who reveals that Pony had already told her all about the group. Willow decides to take away Zizzy for questioning. We decide to go after the group, (who are called the Silver Paw) and save Zizzy.
Book 2: Chapter 3
Pony and the player stumble upon Settlement 6, the Lucella Oil Refinery, which Pony is oddly not familiar with, despite being an ex-member. They decide to enter, certain that Zizzy is inside. Once the player opens a specific enclosed room, Zizzy is found inside, brawling with an infected Poley. Zizzy states that she has fought so many that she is starting to enjoy it, and once Pony and the player ask her to leave with them, she feels as if she has pulled a muscle in her arm. As she lifts it, she reveals that one of the infected must have scratched her, and begs the player and Pony to leave without her, promising that she’ll fend off as much as possible before she turns. The duo return to the Safe Place silently, and the rest of the survivors share the mutual silence, understanding that Zizzy is no longer with them.
Book 2: Chapter 4
Georgie wakes the player from their room in The Safe Place upon hearing a loud explosion. Neither are aware of the source, but both know that they should escape. Another bang is heard, and the player unlocks different rooms around the building, freeing Pony, Mimi, and Giraffy in the process. Pony finds that Zee and Zuzy are not present, assuming and hoping that they have used the vent to escape safely. Following the survivors’ escape, The Silver Paw (Willow and all of Settlement 6, bar Tigry) are outside, and capture every survivor (bar Zee and Zuzy), locking them up. Once captured, Giraffy and Mimi apologise to Pony for meeting up with T.S.P in the first place.

MiniToon created an alternate game named Piggy with 100 players. It has the same storyline except for Plant as Piggy but has with 100 players as its maximum player limit per server. If players vote to play Bot Mode, there will be ten bots. And if the players voted to play player and bot, there will be 1 player and 9 bots. Suggested by the name, each server can hold 100 players, meaning it may start to lag very quickly.
- There are five avatar shop items based on the game: the Piggy Head, the Bunny Head, the Zizzy Head, the Doggy Head, and the Pony Head.
- Piggy gained popularity after many YouTubers reviewed it.
- Piggy reached 1 billion place visits on April 15, 2020, 83 days after being created, making it the fastest Roblox game to reach 1 billion visits.
- To celebrate this, the Traitor gamemode was added.
- Piggy is the third horror game to reach 1B visits, with the first being Murder Mystery 2 and the second being Flee the Facility.
- In addition, it hit 2 billion place visits about a month later (May 12, 2020). It is the 8th game to reach 2B.
- In yet again about another month later (June 4, 2020), the game hit 3 billion visits. It is the 5th game to reach 3B.
- Piggy partnered with Jailbreak in May 2020. Piggy awarded the Poley skin, while Jailbreak awarded Piggy Rims. To learn how to get them, click here for the Poley Skin, or here for the Piggy Rims.
- Piggy may no longer have specified times or dates for updates unless MiniToon is 100% certain that it will be out by then, due to the incident during the release of Chapter 11, Outpost; a 2-hour delay was caused by a game-breaking glitch, and eventually, the Discord server even had to go into multiple lockdowns. MiniToon and the moderators were even sent threats (although MiniToon had no idea; he was chilling away from social media at the time with the bug), and the entire thing ended up with staff leaving, some temporarily inactive, and some seem to have left permanently due to the toxicity.
- On April Fools' Day 2020, the game Treacherous Tower was renamed "Treacherous Piggy" for one day.
- There is a map that players could play on April Fools called Gurt, possibly being a reference to the Roblox item and Egg Hunt 2018 character with the same name.
- Shortly after the release of the highly anticipated Chapter 12, Piggy surpassed Adopt Me in concurrent players for a few hours. The game reached upwards to 510K players until the spot was retaken.
- MiniToon and IK3AS were the first two people to obtain the True Ending badge.
- Piggy has an official merchandise store. It can be found here. Piggy toys plan on being sent to stores
- With the many Piggy redesigns coming up (as of Nov 21 2020), MiniToon has hosted Twitter polls and published sneak peaks of the redesigns.
- An example of this was a fan-inspired Mousy winning over the previously shown Mousy redesign.
- However, one of the most notable occurrences is with the skin Foxy - where over 89% voted for the first option.
- This may be as a result of the #HOODIEFORFOXY movement over the Piggy discord server, which is the reason Foxy had a redesign vote. A moderator (Trial Moderator at the time) by the name of Elegant Atrocity (Quicksilver) stated the movement to give Foxy a hoodie, which resulted in a swift increase in the use of “#” in nicknames. MiniToon had confirmed that Foxy would only get a different shirt prior to the movement’s heavy growth, in the channel #early-leaks-chat, until so many people had the tag in the username that he decided if PastelRalnbow, the original designer of Foxy, supported the movement, he would put up a Twitter vote. ~18,747 of 21,017 voters ended up bringing this design to victory, making this the heaviest winner in a Piggy vote by far.
- The #PANTSFORDOGGY movement and similar movements followed upon witnessing the intense victory of this movement.
