Copyright Lawsuits[]

Roblox[]

In July 2022, Scriptbloxian filed a DMCA copyright lawsuit against Roblox, claiming that other Roblox developers such as Arcereon and AvectusII along with many others copied his games and artwork. In his subpoena, Scriptbloxian requested the personal information of up to 420,000 users, including IP addresses, real names, and phone numbers.[2] Roblox responded to the subpoena on July 26, 2022, saying that Scriptbloxian's subpoena did not give the company time to notify the purported infringers so they could address concerns, and that the request was "overbroad" as it would require the disclosure of information of thousands of users.[3] More information on Justia[4].

Cadlem[]

In December 2022, Scriptbloxian filed a DMCA copyright lawsuit against a roblox developer named Cadlem, claiming that he copied his game.[5] The game that Scriptbloxian claims is infringing his copyright is Training Simulator. Cadlem's moderators responded in the Cadlem group that Scriptbloxian's evidence was false and photoshopped.
