Template:Infobox place Survive the Disasters 2 is the sequel to VyrissTheVixen's highly popular "Survive the Disasters!".

GUI

Survive The Disasters 2 uses a GUI seperate from ROBLOX's. The GUI has a ranked scoreboard, a menu button, a countdown timer, and will notify players of disasters.


Disasters

Template:Notice

  • Guest Ambush: A dark fog sets onto the map as hostile guests spawn and begin attacking players. Will deal 8 amage.
  • Coil Noobs: Noobs spawn around the map equipped with random coil gear and attack players. Deals the same damage as Noobs.
  • Noobs: Noobs spawn around the map and attacks players. Will deal 14 damage.
  • Rocket Noobs: Zombie like noobs spawn around the map and atacks players with rockets.
  • Korblox Mages: Hostile NPCs spawn and begin attacking players with ice powers.
  • ​Zombies: ​Attacks the player at a fast pace.
  • Kamehameha: ​A goku unleashes a beam that goes from the left to the right, killing all players in contact with the beam. It is best to go a higher ground or hide next to the goku, as the beam doesn't reverse directions.
  • ​Tsunami:​ The map is covered with a shallow layer of water and T
  • ​Illumina: ​A sword giver that generates a very large explosion if used; it kills everyone in range, including the player who activated it. Has the same range as Bullet Bill.
  • ​Epic Katana: ​A sword giver that will cause Epic Katanas to rain down on the map if used. The first epic katana will always fall on top of the giver, usually killing the player who activated it.
  • Flash Flood: ​A natural disaster that floods the whole map at a short distance, repeatedly damaging players by 3 HP until the victim runs away or the disaster ends.
  • Rising Acid: ​Floods the whole map with acid, higher than Flash Flood, repeatedly damaging the victim until he runs or the disaster ends. Any destructibles touched by the acid will become corroded, and will lightly damage anyone who touches them.
  • ​Rising Lava: ​Floods the whole map with lava, higher than Flash Flood, killing the victim after a few seconds or the disaster ends. Burns destructibles, which may eventually disintegrate.
  • ​Ghosts: Ghosts spawn in the map and attack players. The ghosts are able to fly and turn invisible.
  • Terrain Ghost: A nuclear bomb hits a part of the map. The explosion it creates is about the same size as the Bullet Bill. They will take any spawn. It can be seen a few seconds before detonation, as a spawn will have a red flashing light, which is the Terran Ghost.
  • Shurikens: ​Rains down shurikens from the sky, killing the player upon contact.
  • ​Raining Tacos: ​Rains down tacos from the sky, killing the player upon contact.
  • Press the Button: ​A button is spawned in the middle of the map and players must race to stand on it. Once pressed, it creates a red barrier that kills all people far from the button.
  • Bullet Bill: ​A giant bullet bill comes in from the sky and strikes the house, killing anyone inside or near it.
  • Spiked Walls: ​Unlike its predecessor, it comes in from two sides rather than one. Kills players upon contact with spikes. Run to the middle, where the walls will stop moving. Do NOT ​touch the spikes when the wall stops moving.
  • Redcliff Warriors: ​Slashes players with a Redcliff sword and shield and throws fire waves at players, taking damage and burning structures, like Rising Lava.
  • ​Overseer Soldiers: ​Throws axes on players, and makes explosions on nearby players and slashes other people.
  • Mine Spawn: ​Turns every spawn to a mine bomb, exploding a big radius when it is activated.
  • Tornado: ​Sweeps out players and bricks within its radius, killing the player and sucking down blocks.
  • ​Shoop Da Whoop: ​ A shoop face will appear, shouting ​IMMA FIRIN MAH LAZOR​​, and sets down a beam that explodes the area where the house is.
  • Missile Launcher: ​A rocket turret that shoots missiles at people in sight. It is best to hide behind the house or run away to where that missile will hit.
  • ​Explosive Noobs: ​Noobs will spawn, and become a ticking timebomb when they get near a player; exploding after a few seconds or until the mob flashes red. 
  • Sighters: A turret spawns in each corner of the map and shoot lasers at the player closest to them. Will vanish blocks whose beam shoots on that block. 
  • Shedletsky: Every player is turned into a chicken leg as shedletskys begin raiding the map. The shedletskys do mild damage.
  • Ninjas: Ninjas spawn in and throw shurikens at nearby players. The shurkens do about 25 damage per hit.
  • Pacman: Pacman spawns in and randomly wanders the map. Instantly kills players on contact and munches on blocks the Pac-Man passed through. Gets faster when the Pacman eats more and more.
  • Bombers: Bomber planes strafe the map. Unlike the first game, the bombers zoom past the map while dropping the bombs.
  • Aliens: A UFO spawns into the map, which in turn begins spawning dozens of aliens. The aliens are armed with laser guns that deal mild damage.
  • Death Trampoline: Any players or loose parts on the very bottom of the map will be launched into air, killing them.
  • Sandstorm: Sand limits players vision and slightly damages them if they are not behind cover. Tumbleweeds descend upon the map, instantly killing anyone who touches them.
  • Tetris: Players are placed inside a small arena and the camera orients in a way to make the game look 2D. Tetris pieces begin falling from the sky. Anyone who touches the pieces while they are in midair, even if they jump on top of them, dies.
  • Avalanche: A light fog slightly limits the players vision, as large balls of snow fall down a mountain. The snowballs kill players on contact.
  • X-Bomb: An X-Bomb from Smash Bros. 4 detonates in the middle of the map. The blast is in a cross shape and takes out anything in the middle of the map walls.
  • Nyan Cat: The nyan cat sprite zigzags down the middle of the map and kills anything it touches.
  • Dr.Robotnik: Players are placed inside a small arena and the camera orients in a way to make the game look 2D. Eggman's sprite hovers above the arena and begins taking apart the floor. Players that touch eggman or fall through the holes in the floor are killed.
  • Hammer Eggman: Players are placed inside a small arena and the camera orients in a way to make the game look 2D. Eggman's sprite begins hovering between the two totem poles and begins hitting them with a giant hammer, causing them to fire high damage arrows which deals 75 damage. It is best to use Gravity Coil in this disaster.
  • Barrier Eggman: Players are placed inside a small arena and the camera orients in a way to make the game look 2D. Eggman operates a machine that fires a laser on the players. The laser flashes and gives off a warning beep before firing, and instantly kills anyone in it's path.
  • Firebreather: Players are placed inside a small arena and the camera orients in a way to make the game look 2D. A large machine shoots fire at the players and launches bombs into the air, which eventually come back down and explode on the surface. Getting hit by either is an instant death, or hitting the missile before it explodes will shave 35 HP off the player.
  • Dynamite: Dynamite rains down from the sky, exploding shortly after hitting the ground.
  • Meteors: Similar to dynamite, but the drops are more frequent and the meteors are slower.
  • Time Bombs: ​Bombs will rain from the sky, exploding with a minimal radius but still can damage players within its dropping radius.\
  • ​Zerg Lurker: ​A pit will appear on the middle, then eight spikes will emerge from the ground in a random positions, killing players that are off its height radius.
  • Acid Rain: Acid falls from the sky, dissolving any destructibles and body parts it touches.

Bosses

Boss disasters are disasters that use a lone NPC that will try to wreak havoc on the players. They are signified with a "Boss Battle!" notification.

  • Giant Noob: A giant noob will be spawned in the map that smashes players by walking and smashing its head down the ground, killing people outside of its safe zone. The noob will also duck down and make a barrage of explosions within the mob.
  • Undyne: ​Undyne from the game Undertale spawns in and begins throwing large, blue translucent spears at the closest player; even if said player is behind shelter. Has 900 HP.
  • Alexnewtron: ​The user "Alexnewtron" spawns in and begins throwing dodgeballs at nearby players. These dodgeballs deal high damage, about half of a players health, and can break destructibles. Has 600 HP.
  • Reaper: A grim reaper spawns at the front of the map and begins attacking the players with magical orbs and shockwaves from his scythe. The shockwaves are a one hit kill and the orbs deal very high damage.
  • Black Mage: A robed humanoid creature appears in front of the map and begins attacking players with magical spells. The Black Mage can send large, magical orbs down from the sky or create a green death cloud that damages any players inside. If it took damage, it will heal itself 300 HP.
  • Epic Duck: The map is covered in a shallow layer of water and a giant rubber duck spawns. The duck will give chase to nearby players and will kill them instantly if it catches them. This is one of the the easiest bosses in the game.
  • Crimson Balrog: ​Two flying creatures will spawn on the middle, and target any nearby player with fireballs that take 20-30 damage to the player. The creatures have 1200 HP, one having 600 HP.


 

Special Disasters

These disasters are signified with a "Warning!" notification. They are about as rare as boss disasters.

  • Mystery Disaster: Fog sets into the map and a random disaster is chosen.
  • Hyper Disaster: A much harder version of another disaster, usually a boss.
  • Multi-disasters: Multiple disasters hit at once. Due to the highly difficult nature of these disasters, they have a much shorter life span than other disasters. Bosses can also be present.

Gears

Like the first game, Survive The Disasters 2 has a variety of gear to aid players in their survival. Here is a list of them.

Turkey Leg 900 E Heals 8 health when eaten. Slightly faster than Chocolate milk.
Gravity Coil 1300 E Makes user jump much higher than normal.
Battle Sword 1300 D Deals 16 damage per slash
Regen Coil 1400 D Heals 8 health per second while equipped
Speed Coil 1500 D Makes the player walk much faster than normal
Blue Yonder/ Dastardly Skate 1200 C Skateboards. Move faster than speed coil but are harder to control.
Rotten Cheezburger 1600 C Temporarily repels enemies. Has a long cooldown time
Black Ninja Stars 1800 C Has the same fire rate as the slime gun, but deals around 20 damage per hit.
Fusion Coil 1900 Gamepass Combines the speed and gravity coils into one gear.
Crossbow 2200 C Deals 20-30 damage depending on range. Can only fire once about every 1.5 seconds
Rocket Launcher 2500 B Fires high powered rockets
Lightning Staff 2800 B Shocks any nearby enemies. Low damage.
Darkheart 3500 A Heals user when it kills an enemy.
Epic Katana 3700 A Zips people through the map, and deals heavy damage enough to kill most non-bosses.
Game Master Sword 4800 (2400 with gamepass, 3360 pre-1.10) S (None with gamepass) Zips people through the map slightly faster than the Epic Katana, has the power of Regen Coil.

​Maps

  • Moonbase: ​A dark base with a house, a floating arch and acid pits.
  • Green Hill Zone: ​Has lots of bridges, a tower and a house, with coins that give coin bonuses when collected. COIN BONUSES ARE WIPED OUT WHEN YOU DIE, AND PEOPLE CAN STEAL YOUR COIN BONUS.
  • Molten Metal: ​A base with a lava bridge, and lava that damages players but not mobs or bosses. Has a tower and a reddish ambiance.
  • ​Atlantis: ​A base with fish floating underwater, a house that is open and not as high as the chimney on the regular house, and two towers, one that is lower than the house and the regular Crossroads tower.
  • ​Galantasy: ​A futuristic base that is very open and has no barriers to stop falling off the map, has blue healing crystals that deal 20 health of healing and has minimal shelter.
  • ​Candy Cloud: ​Partially open, with candy-themed land with lollipop trees, a candified house, a tower that has a cherry that is not part of a structure and can be rolled off.
  • Castle Gardens: ​An open castle house, a tower that has a flag on top that can be stood on, and lots of fallen pillars or castles.
  • ​Winterland: ​Some gingerbread houses, has a tower that is the highest structure in this map, and a map that is winterized and has some northern lights on it.
  • Acid Depths: A cavern with some craters that contain acid. The acid is not harmful. There is no shelter of any kind.
  • Home Sweet Home: Takes place on a table with breakfast leftovers and books littered around it. Uses the traditional "Happy Home" house and has two towers.
  • Desert: A hilly desert map with a floating Crossroads orb, a house with a ladder and a tower and a bridge and some cacti scattered on the map that does not do anything.


Each map has different themes and skins of its own map.

​User Interface

The leaderboard contains:

  • ​Survivals: ​the total survivals a player currently has
  • Coins: ​how much coins the player currently has
  • ​Streak: ​how many survivals the player survived in one session (counter resets when the player resets or dies)

​Menu

The menu is positioned on the left of the screen.

​Help

Disaster Memos: ​the current collection the player has.

​Achievements & Stats

  • ​Survivals:​ the total survivals (again, from the leaderboard.)
  • ​Total Rounds Played: ​added total survivals plus how many they not survived. (Can be subtracted by survivals to determine how many deaths the player encountered.)
