The Community Sage role (formerly Lead Top Contributor until July 22, 2019 [1]) was a role given to users trusted by Developer Relations to help manage the Developer Forum. Community Sages have the Discourse forum trust level of Leader.
As of December 2020, the Community Sage role was removed.
