Users that used to have this badge were official forum moderators. They had special powers on the Roblox forum and were able to delete and edit threads that violate the Community Guidelines. This badge is granted by invitation only. This badge was removed as of the 2014 update, and all players with this badge no longer have it, with the forums closing three years later.
