The Game Trailer Video Contest was a contest on Roblox which began on August 31, 2012 and ended on September 14, 2012.
Background
On August 31, 2012 Roblox announced in a blog post[1] that it would be hosting a contest called the Game Trailer Video Contest. All participants would receive the Director Hat.
Entrance Procedure
In order to enter the contest users had to:
- Create a game trailer for your ROBLOX level (30 seconds or less in length)
- Upload your trailer to YouTube
- Add your trailer to your place media gallery (this costs 500 R$)
