Roblox Gift card NA.png

Gift cards are cards used for various online video games, usually for the purpose of either obtaining in-game membership, currency, and/or, in some cases, exclusive items that can be used in the game.

On Roblox, they are called Roblox cards[note 1] and can be used to purchase Roblox Premium or Robux (and formerly Builders Club). However, online digital Roblox redemption codes, such as the ones present on Amazon, can only be used to redeem the Robux value equivalent of the virtual card. When redeemed, the user will earn an exclusive item depending on where and when it was purchased. They can be bought in increments of $10, $25, and $40 — in some cases, $5, $15, $50 or $10-100/$25-200 — in the United States, Canada, New Zealand, Australia, the United Kingdom, Denmark, Finland, Norway, and Sweden. With the release of Roblox Premium, the Gift Cards section can be accessed by clicking on the Gift Cards button on the menu (formerly on the events section).

Roblox has used "Fastcard", a popular system used by businesses to create and distribute gift cards, since the creation of Roblox game cards.

On January 22, 2021, a glitch occurred where if a user redeemed a gift card from CVS, it would grant them every single CVS gift card item over the years.

On July 1, 2020, the original "" link was updated to redirect to "", possibly due to the redundancy and unnecessary maintenance of having both links running, as well as an attempt to help modernize the site.

Roblox Credit

When a game card is redeemed, the full Roblox Credit (card value) from the Roblox card will be added onto the consumer's account. It is equivalent to the value(s) of the different gamecards and can be used to purchase Robux or Roblox Premium subscription.

An update made in October 2019 allowed users to convert leftover Roblox Credit to Robux.

Roblox released their first game cards on September 26, 2010, at the children's toys retailer, Toys R Us, in the United States. Roblox cards can now be found globally at different retailers in the United States, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom.

A Roblox card can be used to buy Robux or a Premium subscription. The consumer can scratch off a gray security bar on the back of the card which reveals a PIN Code number. The PIN Code can then be typed into the game card section of the website, where it can be redeemed. Game cards can also be used to obtain certain exclusive items (usually related to the time of year), depending on the amount or store; when redeemed, the items will be added to the consumer's account. The available items change every month and can be viewed in the game card section of the website. Stealing or peeking codes from gift cards without being activated by a retailer will get you terminated for gift card theft.
