Headrow, the original mesh.
The Headrow series consists of shoulder accessories with two identical or near identical heads on each side of the wearer's shoulders. Most of the Headrows use the default Head shape, but a few of them use completely separate meshes. Currently, there are 16 Headrows on the catalog with 4 spin-offs.
