a dusty trip is an adventure experience developed by Jandel's Road Trip .

In the experience, players spawn in a lobby with 5 portals in front of them. To start the adventure, the player has to join one of the 5 portals. If a player interacts with one of the portals, they will be able to pick how many players can join the portal they are in, but the player has only 10 seconds to do it. After choosing the amount of players that can join the portal, the player has to wait another 15 seconds for the game to start. After the countdown ends the players that were in the portal, will be teleported to a subplace where the main game begins.

Gameplay

When the players get teleported, they are going to spawn on a huge desert map in a garage filled with random car parts or other useful items. The players have to make a car out of the parts from the garage, so they can travel. The point of this game is to drive as many meters as you are able to. On some parts of the map players are able to find some random houses, garages, stores and more buildings.

In buildings, players can find similar stuff that were found in the garage but this time, there is a lot of new items like Dynamite, Guns etc. The only hatch about these buildings is that there are monsters inside of them called Mutants. They can be killed by shooting them with a gun or blowing them up with dynamite.

To increase the challenge, a sandstorm randomly appears, and it's used only to damage players. If they player is inside of a building or a car, they will not get harmed.

If a player dies during the gameplay, they will be sent back to the lobby. Otherwise, you can revive by spending 39 robux.

Participated Events

The game has participated in The Classic, The Haunt, the Winter Spotlight event, and The Hunt: Mega Edition, allowing players to gain progress in the event.

During The Classic event, a new world portal would be available inside the game's lobby. By entering the portal, you would be able to play a special, limited-time classic-themed map. The game would introduce a new spawnpoint, a new classic-themed car, and a bunch of Roblox classic buildings randomly spawning on the map, by driving on the road.

The game has also introduced multiple classic-themed milestones for the classic event map.

• The game is based on the popular early access PC Steam game, The Long Drive.
• The game was originally created by FearFrontier Studios (now called Jandel's Road Trip), which was owned by guccimanlikesobama. The game was later sold to Jandel for approximately 5.7M+ Robux. The reason for the ownership change was due to the owner being very busy and not having time to update the game.
• In the Mega Token objective for The Hunt: Mega Edition, Tim and Dr. Time from Time Travel Adventures and Dr. Zero from Field Trip Z appear in the boss battle, connecting both games to the same universe.
