The Labor Day Sale 2019 was a special sale on Roblox, preceded by the Amazon Prime Day Sale 2019. Its purpose was to celebrate the federal holiday known as Labor Day. It took place on the marketplace from August 30, 2019, to September 2, 2019. A plethora of items had their price cut and subsequent items were released in each individual day of the sale in hourly waves, purchasable for Robux.

Wave 1[]

To start the sale, seven affordable accessories were released:

Five hats were discounted - four of which being top hats:

Three Enchanted Gem series variants were released, along with a new bundle which contained all of the series variants:

User generated discounts[]

This is a list of UGC accessories which were discounted as a part of the entire sale. Take note these price reductions were decided by the users who created the hat. In result of these decreased prices, the many selected creators have chosen to highly telegraph their sale through changing the item's name to showcase a better purchase (e.g., 50% OFF SALE) and gain traction of the market. These are all rounded approximations of the percent reduction applied to the Robux price. It is assumed they were all updated to participate in this sale on the same day, meaning this is not listed chronologically.

  • The Microsoft Store was the first app store to update Roblox, describing the Labor Day Sale.[2]
  • Users of the popular browser extension Roblox+ were not notified of Wave 5 of Day 1, which led to fewer people being aware of it.
    • All of the bundles which were discounted during this wave were entries to the first Rthro Design Contest.
  • Due to unknown reasons, the timer on The Dark Reaper was removed on the night of Day 2, and it stayed on-sale until an unknown time after Wave 1 of Day 3.
