Pizza Party was a Roblox event that officially began on March 19, 2019, and ended on April 2, 2019.[1][2] The main gimmick of this event was that players would use the special Pizza Launcher gear to shoot pizzas at other players in the event games and obtain prizes.
Prior to starting, on January 24, 2019, Roblox posted an announcement to the Developer Forum in search of developers to sign their games up for the event. The applications closed on January 31, 2019.[3]

Criticism[]
The Video Star, Developer, and Admin prizes have been subject to complaints due to how many inactive users own the respective launchers, as well as how difficult it becomes to join a game once players have discovered one of them giving out the special prizes. On the contrary, certain users who own the launchers such as Conor3D (Video Star), DeeterPlays (Video Star) and InceptionTime (Admin) have allowed players to obtain it by joining VIP server links which have been shared on live streams or in Discord channels. Additionally, until March 22, non-English Video Stars were not provided with the Video Star Launcher.[citation needed]
