Arseny Kapoulkine, known on Roblox as zeuxcg is a former Roblox administrator who worked for the web team and client team as a Technical Director from 2012 until 2023. He worked on dynamic lighting, smooth terrain, Future is Bright lighting system, new rendering engines, and new physics engines. Like some current and former administrators, he is more active on Twitter than Roblox. He used to release some information about the Roblox client on his Twitter.
He left Roblox on November 28, 2023, as it became increasingly more difficult to keep up with the organizational scale while still focusing on building. Ultimately, he stated that he realized the company would do just fine without him, so he resigned from Roblox to focus on self-improvement without distractions, and to deliver impact the way he prefer to.[1]
