Hospital Roleplay (formerly Central Hospital Roleplay and Central Hospital, referred to as THE ROBLOXIAN GENERAL HOSPITAL in the thumbnail) is a hospital roleplaying Experience created by TopTier Games. The Experience only allows Musical Gear in the Town and City genre.

Patient concept[]

In CMI (Central Medical institute) A player can roleplay as a Patient or A staff member. As a patient the Player has to register at the front desk of what their issue is then have to proceed to the waiting room (Lounge). The patients have to wait in the Lounge until a Doctor or A nurse comes to treat them. Going in without a Doctor or a Nurse will result in you being handcuffed in order to be bought back to the lounge. After being Treated the Patient can roleplay again with a different issue.

Staff Members Concept[]

The staff members are the People who work at the CMI. They can roleplay as doing their jobs. The staff members have specific ranks to which they can get Promoted to.

The follow Ranks are:-

  • Registered Nurse (RN) (Beginning Rank)
  • Medical Doctor (MD) (Beginning rank)
  • Security Officer (SO)
  • Specialized Response Team (SRT)
  • Biohazards Lab Agents (BLA)
  • Hospital Administration (HA)
  • Medical Director (MD)
  • Hospital President (HP)
  • Co-Owner (CO, The maximum rank that can be chosen in game but not the Highest in the group)
  • Chairperson (In group rank)
  • Overseer command (in group rank)

Jobs[]

Each rank has to do specific jobs, Doing a job well during Training can result in a chance of Promotion

  • Registered Nurse: Since the Nurse is a beginning rank, A nurse can do 2 things. Help patients in both the Lounge and Front Desk. When a nurse operates the front desk. The Nurse can introduce themselves ask what is the issue and then send the patient to the Lounge. They can also treat patients and can even assist doctors and other nurses during a treatment or Surgery.
  • Medical Doctor: Medical Doctor is the second rank in game and group. Since this is also a beginning rank as a Doctor you can help patients with their issue and can also assist nurses in treating a patient, A Doctor will be given a first aid kid to heal themselves if any damage is made to them (by shooting) and a Baton for self defense.
  • Security Officer: The Security Officer is the Third in game and group. The security rank offers different weapons : A tazer, Handcuffs, A pistol and a Baton. The security officer must stand in the personnel line (The red glowing line) in the lounge to see if any patients are trespassing. The Security officer can also protect the Biohazards Lab and ensure the patients do not enter them.
  • Specialized Response Team (SRT): An SRT should patrol around the hospital to see if the patients are accompanied by a nurse or a doctor. The SRT can cuff the patient back to the lounge if they have no staff member with them. The SRT has a: g19, tazer medkit, Shotgun and handcuffs and a p90.
  • Biohazards Lab Agent: A BLA can roleplay in the labs and find a cure or a help a patient with sickness. Bla has: a baton, tazer, handcuffs, g19 and a p90
  • Hospital Administration: As an HA you have to ensure if the hospital is doing well and there are no Trollers or exploiters. An HA can also assist staff to tell them what to do
  • Medical Director: A MD should direct the medical staff what to do during a surgery or a treatment.
  • Hospital President: The HP is the last rank before Co-Owner and is the last rank in which you have to attend shift for a promotion. As a HP you should ensure everything is going smoothly in the hospital.
  • Co-Owner: After the HP you will become a CO. You can patrol around the hospital and also be given admin commands. A co can also view what the other staff members are doing using the :view (username) command instead of going to them.
  • Chairperson: Chairperson is the rank that can be obtained in the group. To get to chairperson. A HR should notice if you are doing your job well and you have a chance to be promoted. You can also be a Co-Host in a Training.
  • Overseer command: OC is the rank that can be also obtained in the group. To get to OC. you are required to attend mass shifts that are hosted by the board members or Get noticed by the HR+ that you are doing a great job and you have a chance to be promoted. You can even Host a training or shifts but there is cooldown for each training and shifts. A training or shifts can be hosted once an hour or 2. They can also use the kick command to remove a troller or exploiters.

Shifts[]

A shift is an event that takes place in the hospital. During a Shift all the staff members should go to the STS line to attend. There a lot CO'S, A CP AND A OC can be seen.

A shift is where a staff member can get promoted. The host and co-host will introduce themselves and give the rules.

The rules are :-

  • Do not say PTS (Permission to Speak) while the Host is speaking.
  • Follow all the rules given by the OC (or a higher rank) unless they ask you to break the rules.
  • If there is any problem. Come to the Host or Co-host or any other CO's for assistance.
  • No asking for promotions
  • Important rule: Grammar must be used at all times during a shift
  • Rule 6 (optional): Roaming will NOT be permitted during a Shift.
  • shooting/ raiding is unpermitted when a shift takes place.

These are the following rules to be followed during a shift.

Positions[]

Positions are the specific jobs given to each rank during a Shift. Doing a position well will result in a chance of promotion

The positions are:-

  • Trauma sector and Patient rooms (Nurses and Doctors)
  • Front desk (Nurses)
  • Patrol around to see if the patients have a staff member (SRT and Security)
  • Patrol around to see if any staff needs assistance (HA and a higher rank)

After handing out the positions. The staff is dismissed to go do their positions

Promotions and Cooldown[]

After doing all the job for specific ranks. The OC will order the staff members to come back to the STS area. During this event. Promotions will be handled and will result in the end of the Shift.

Promotions are usually handed out by giving a Force field (blue bubble) on a player. The force fielded players can stay while they are getting promoted while the other ones who are not force fielded are dismissed.

The staff members can get promoted as long as they have no Cool down. CD or cooldown is given to each rank expect a nurse.

CD are usually given has a few days to be finished until the next promotion.

The following cool down are:

  • Security: 2 days
  • Medical Doctor: 3 days
  • SRT and BLA: 4 days
  • HA and Medical director: 5 days
  • Hospital president 6 days

Registering for a Job[]

In order to register has a nurse. The patient has to pay Robux to join the group. However, before this update anyone could join the group and be a nurse.

Cuff Abuse and Baton Abuse[]

Cuff abusing is the abuse of using handcuffs. Any staff members who have handcuffs can click on someone and they will be stuck with them forever unless they click somewhere else to free them. Cuff abusing is where a staff member cuffs someone up and the trap them in a wall or put them outside. When any staff members spots or is seen cuff abusing. They will be taken to the Co-owner (Or any other higher rank then CO). Most times they will ask proof if the staff has done this. If the proof is true. It will result in punishment for whoever cuff abused.

Baton abuse is the same as cuff abuse but instead of cuffing them they can whack others and make them sit. Doing this for a long time will result in punishment.

Punishment and demotion[]

When a staff member is seen violating the rules (Cuff abusing. Baton abusing. disrespecting others etc.) they will be given punishment or even demoted.

Punishments can last from a small one like a kick to a major one like Permanent banning.

If a staff member has enough proof to be permanent banned in a major issue. The OC will file a Permanent banning request to an elected director or higher rank. If the request is approved, The staff member can get Pbanned (permanent banned) from the game.

Getting a staff member demoted should also be asked by an elected director or higher rank. Demotion is where a staff member can't get promoted anymore and will be stuck to being a nurse or a patient.

!help command

The !help commands is a new feature added in game. When you need help you can simply type "!help" in the chat box. Then a help request will be send to a CO or a higher rank. they will then click the request and then teleport to you and then you can tell the issue.

Abusing or using !help for no reason will result in punishment.

Mass shifts and Bypassing Cooldown

Mass shifts are the same regular shifts but kind of different. During a mass shift if you got a blue bubble but you have Cooldown. It can be Bypassed that is You will be promoted even if you have cooldown. However mass shifts are mainly considered for Co-owners and a higher rank. A CO can become chairperson a chairperson and become an Overseer command And so on. However a mass shift happens every once or twice a month.

Cool downs can also be bypassed when a staff member has more than one suggestions for promotions. In this case, The OC will appeal for a bypass to the Board Committee. If it is yes then the CD is bypassed and then can proceed to the next rank.


Trainings

Trainings are just like shifts but really different. It can be hosted by an OC+ And can also have a co - host CP+ Can choose which ranks to train for the next rank. For example. If a CP wants to train Medical Doctor then they should train about their next rank Security Officer.


A chairperson (CP) Has to ask different types of question to the rank about the next rank. Example they ask question about security officer if the trainers are medical doctor
