Since many articles that are deleted are being recreated, I have made a Article blacklist. If an article ends up on the blacklist, if the article is recreated, no matter how nicely it is written, will be deleted and the creator some kind of punishment (I might change this part later). However, articles can be taken off the blacklist, if said article is wanted by many to be off the blacklist. Articles can be added to the blacklist if said article is wanted by many to be on the blacklist.
