Voldex Games

Voldex Entertainment Limited, also known as Voldex Games, is a British game developer headquartered in London. Founded in 2015 by CEO Alex Singer^[2] (known on Roblox as afs02 ), the company creates experiences and collaborates with other developers.

History[]

Voldex Games was founded in 2015 in London, United Kingdom by Alex Singer, the current CEO. Though it wouldn't be until December 2022 when the company was officially incorporated.^[3] After releasing and developing multiple experiences, the company secured a $3 million funding round in February 2022, led by Dune Ventures with support from Markers Fund, POW! Interactive, angle investors Christian Perez, and others.^[4]^[5] Shortly afterward, Voldex participated in a further Series A funding round led by Andressen Horowitz (also known as a16z).^[6]^[7]

Throughout the years, Voldex has partnered with multiple vehicle manufactures through its experience Driving Empire. These partnerships include brands such as Pagani Automobili^[8], SSC North America^[9], Hennessey Performance Engineering^[10], Noble Automotive^[11], Devel Motors^[12], TVR^[13], Apollo Automobil^[14], De Tomaso^[15], Zenvo Automotive^[16], and many more.

Acquisitions[]

Around the beginning of November 2022, the group ownership of Empire Games, which was the development group behind Driving Empire, was transferred from Bourgist Bourgist is a notable creator or influencer verified by Roblox Corporation. A partnership between Driving Empire and Voldex Games was announced sometime during December 2022, but the video has since then been privated.^[17]^[18] On January 13th, 2023, the company announced through social media platforms that they had acquired the experience for an undisclosed amount.^[19]

On April 3rd, 2024, it was announced that Voldex had acquired the experience Ultimate Football in a vaguely described multi-million dollar deal, though the exact amount has gone undisclosed.^[20]

On February 4th, 2025, the company announced that they had acquired the experience Brookhaven RP from its previous developer/owner Wolfpaq Wolfpaq is a notable creator or influencer verified by Roblox Corporation. Learn more. for an undisclosed amount.^[21] This was supported with additional financing by The Raine Group with additional participation from Makers Fund, QIA, MIT, Tirta Ventures and Lalotte Ventures. As part of this deal it was additionally announced that The Raine Group's Managing Director Dara Leung would join the Voldex Board of Directors, and Partner Todd Rosoff would serve as an Observer.
