Deepwoken is a hardcore RPG experience developed by Vows by the Sea 
, the same group that made Rogue Lineage and Tales from the Valley. The game revolves around difficult combat, permadeath mechanics, and exploration. It is paid access and costs 400 Robux.
Gameplay[]
After creating first character, players are free to explore the two Luminants, the Etrean and Eastern and do anything they want, like exploring into lower Erisia.
Players can level up by allotting 15 points into their stats, , at which point they get to choose a hand of cards which grant different Talents and Mantras, the game's equivalent of spells. Dying twice will send you to The Depths . Dying in The Depths will permanently kill your character (known by the community as wiping) however, you are able to escape The Depths and this get your lives back, by successfully completing the trial at the Cathedral of the Insterstice
There are 12 different obtainable races into Deepwoken. Each race has different bonuses, such as the Vesperian's natural armor or the Gremor's innate compass. Players can re-roll their race for 150 Robux if they want a different one. You can buy slots for 200 Robux. You can get 2 slots for free by earning A rank or/and getting power 20.
Boons and Flaws can be selected by the player in character creation, Boons like Maverick, Autodidact, Survivalist are beneficial effects which help the player and Flaws like Obvious, Manic, Blind, Squeamish negatively impact the player. The max number of boons and flaws you can select for each character is 2.
There are Origins that change the place that you initially spawn at and fundamentally change how you progress through the game.
Voidwalker, Ignition Delver, Castaway, Trial of One, Deepbound
For example, the Deepbound origin spawns you into The Depths , specifically at Castle Light. You gain increased EXP from killing the monsters that frequently spawn there by taking jobs, or playing with other Deepbounds forming a temporary group.
The Voidwalker origin grants increased EXP for killing people with bounties on them, spawns you within the Voidheart (if you die after you spawn in Erisia), where you take said bounties on other players' heads and teleport out to the world to kill them and earn their loot, XP and a reward chest. Be wary, as you start off with negative reputation with lots of factions. Since Voidwalkers hunt people who have negative reputation with factions, expect to be another person's bounty too.
