Winter Roblox Week 2023 was an annual event held in January 2023, at Roblox's San Mateo HQ. While the in-person event was exclusive to Roblox employees, a post was published to the Roblox blog on February 6, 2023, and a video to Roblox's YouTube channel on February 6, 2023. Multiple Roblox employees came to the Roblox HQ in San Mateo, California to attend. The event included hosted meetings with announcements and plans, an in-person Town Hall meeting for the roadmap for Roblox's future, and numerous activities to attend to.
