Sunshine Express於2017年6月30日成立，分別在Derry District、City of George及Sunshine Islands提供專利巴士服務，亦同時提供私人租賃服務。
此公司亦為Hyler Airlines提供地面運輸服務，並購入MAN Citysmart作用車。
歷史
- 2017年6月30日，Sunshine Express由ATR102成立，隨後取得Derry District及Sunshine Islands的專營權。
- 2017年8月5日，加入Universal Alliance，並為創始成員之一。
- 2017年12月3日，成功取得佐治市專營權。
- 2017年12月8日，退出Universal Alliance ，同時停止在Derry District服務。
- 2017年12月17日，加入Northings Alliance，並取得東城市專營權。
- 2018年6月19日，Sunshine Express停止在東城市提供服務。
- 2018年6月20日，重新加入Universal Alliance。
- 2018年8月2日，重新於Derry District提供巴士服務。
- 2018年8月9日，退出Universal Alliance。
- 2018年9月23日，於Sunshine Island推出SE2.0測試版。
- 2018年12月，Sunshine Express正式加入FWWS Production。
- 2020年2月中：有傳Sunshine Express將會開辦Sunshine Air，提供航空服務。
